Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for special purposes and some for common use? Romans 9:21 (NIV)
You can’t make yourself; that would be a remake, an inferior one and a disaster because you have already been made by the best. God has already made you. As in the Potter and the clay where the Potter does what he wants with the clay, God the Potter has already done what He wants with you the clay.
Now thanks to God for He has made you the best you could ever be and the best He could ever come up with! He already made you in His own image and likeness. Whoever you’re according to natural descent, ethnicity, gender, temperamental, or physical make up, and however you’re based on social, cultural, religious or economic class, God already determined and shaped you to carry and showcase His awesome Glory! Just let it shine or dazzle or shimmer in that unique way you’re.
Thus you don’t have to make yourself into anyone or anything else. You don’t have to be a certain way that others think or impose in order to be acceptable and pleasing to God.
Quit comparing yourself and competing with others.
God is fully satisfied with you the way He made you, so should you.
