We can know and live in such a kind of peace that like Jesus we can sleep soundly right in the midst of a furious storm of wind of hurricane proportions Mark4:37, like Peter we can get into such deep sleep in chains in prison while facing execution the following day. Acts12:6.
The God kind of Peace surpasses human understanding. To the humanly and worldly wise God’s kind of Peace is foolishness because it doesn’t depend on anything you can see, feel, or reason.
This Peace of God garrisons our hearts and minds so much so that no matter what’s threateningly happening we are calm and confident because we have the assurance that He is with us, He is in us, He is for us – what can anyone or anything do to us?
Let God’s perfect Peace as an impregnable fortress around your heart and mind settle conclusively every questioning and uncertainty.
