And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts [deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in your minds, in that peaceful state] to which as [members of Christ’s] one body you were also called [to live]. Peace is God’s voice. It’s His yes. It’s His confirmation. It’s His endorsement. Whatever God is involved in, whatever God supports He signs it with peace.
This Peace of God that confirms His approval is in our hearts.
In all your dealings, in all your decisions be still and listen to the peace of God in your heart. If God is in that deal or decision there will be the presence of peace in your heart if God isn’t in it peace will be absent. Let Peace judge and decide.
