That Your way may be known on earth, Your salvation among all nations. Psalm 67:2 (NIV)
In the second verse of this Psalm 67 we see the desire of the psalmist which is God’s way and Salvation being known in the earth. Now it’s when we read backwards to verse 1 that we find out how God’s way and Salvation get to be known in the earth Psalm (67:1) May God be gracious to us and bless us and make His face shine on us This means that it’s when God is gracious to us, blesses us, makes His face to shine on us that His Way and Salvation are known in the earth and this he has already done in Christ on the Cross so we should believe, declare, and thank God for His Grace, blessings and favor (which God’s shining His face on us means) in our lives. As we do that, we experience these benefits and the world sees and knows it.
