On the other hand, foolishness is likened to an immoral woman set to entice, trap, harm, and destroy you – Proverbs 7:6-27. Foolishness like a prostitute is loud and rebellious – Proverbs 7:10-11(NKJV); foolishness leads astray with persuasive words – Proverbs 7:21(NIV); following foolishness is going to the slaughter and getting caught in a trap – Proverbs 7:22(NLT), foolishness costs you your life – Proverbs 7:23 Many have been her victims and she has ruined them – Proverbs 7:26; foolishness leads to death and the grave – Proverbs 7:27 But wisdom will protect you from this immoral woman called foolishness – Proverbs 7:5.Only listen to the Lord and pay attention to His Word – Proverbs 7:24.
