In Proverbs chapter 7, the immoral woman foolishness is out on the streets looking for those to destroy. In Proverbs 8, Wisdom the loving caring relative is calling out every where to help, save and prosper people. Proverbs 8:3 Wisdom cries out by the gates, at the entry of the city, At the entrance of the doors. This signifies how wisdom is readily within reach of every one. The gates, the entry of the city, and the entrance of the doors are the faculties and abilities God has given us to receive and walk in wisdom. We can see, hear, taste, smell, feel and even reason wisdom all around us. Proverbs 6:6-8 says we can learn from little insects. Day and night are wisdom calling out – Psalms 19:2-4. Creation, nature, the entire cosmos, reveal intelligent design or wisdom. All these testify that there’s a creator, a God. This God, the source, upholder, and propeller of everything is calling out to us that we may know and walk with Him.
