God knows, recognizes, calls, and treats you as His own. Not as His own property to be used as He wishes regardless of your well-being, but as a part of Him, as one very dear and treasured to His Heart.
As a wife is the husband’s own – flesh of his flesh and bone of his bones so much so that he cares for her as he cares for himself, in the same way you’re the Lord’s own – to have and to hold, to love and to lead, to cherish and care for.
Just as a person cares for his own body, the Lord cares for you as His own – Ephesians 5:28-30
Now God wants you also to know and recognize that you’re His, that you belong to Him, under His loving watch and care.
John 10:14(AMPC)…..and I know and recognize My own, and My own know and recognize Me.
