Wholesome and sound teaching is that which builds, strengthens, and establishes and settles us.According to our theme Scripture this wholesome and sound teaching is in the Faith and Love that’s in Christ Jesus.This means that it’s the teaching of the Faith and Love that’s in Christ that builds, strengthens, establishes, and settles. So this is what we should devote ourselves to, and continue in.
