God is not after what we do for Him or give Him; He desires our willingness to listen and obey Him.When the Lord told Abraham to offer his son Isaac as a sacrifice it wasn’t because He needed one; for He stopped Abraham as he was about to sacrifice the boy and right near there in the thicket was a lamb for sacrifice. Genesis 22:1-14. God had already provided ahead of time. It’s so very important that we are willing to listen and obey God because that’s what proves that we respect and honor Him and also that’s how we get to see what He has already done for and given to us.
