And now you Gentiles have also heard the truth, the Good News that God saves you. And when you believed in Christ, he identified you as his own by giving you the Holy Spirit, whom he promised long ago. Ephesians 1:13 (NLT)
Don’t live and walk vaguely and aimlessly. Your existence and passing here on earth shouldn’t be one where anything comes, anything goes. For you have been identified by your Maker as His own.
Once anyone or anything is identified then their purpose is defined or discovered. You’re identified as God’s own. You’re defined as His expression. You’re here in your generation to show forth God’s attributes. Your thinking, conversation, and lifestyle should then be that of God Himself.
The Holy Spirit in you and the Word make all this possible.
Live as God’s own, as His child, as His expression, believing everything He believes and says about you in His Word and by His Holy Spirit.
