God is not hard and harsh towards you. You’re the object and attention of God’s lavish kindness.
He’s gentle and tender towards you. He only desires what builds and betters you not what breaks and fetters you.
The world may not be kind to you and you may not even be kind to yourself but your heavenly Father has surrounded you with His loving kindness.
This kindness is revealed in God not treating you based on what you have done or not done but rather according to His everlasting unchangeable intent to bring the best out of you. He’s kind to your mistakes; He’s kind to your misunderstanding of Him and others. It is God’s kindness that changes and transforms us. One result of this is we go on to show this same kindness to others and this is what heals and makes the world a better place. Accept and believe in God’s kindness today.
