If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Romans 12:18 (NKJV)
God has made peace with us through His Son Jesus Christ.
Colossians 1:20 (NLT) and through him God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by means of Christ’s blood on the cross.
Now He wants us to live and walk in that same peace with one another.
Peace is wholeness, nothing broken, nothing missing. Living and walking in peace with one another builds and strengthens relationships.
Acts 9:31(NKJV) Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified.
Peace is harmony and it fosters unity and fruitfulness. We have been called to peace.
God made peace with us by letting go of all our offences committed against Him.
We can pursue peace with each other by being kind to one another, forgiving each other even as God forgave us-Ephesians 4:32
Peace with others may not necessarily mean they are also at peace with you but rather regardless of their attitude and response or resistance you remain at peace. Psalms 120:6-7 (NIV) Too long have I lived among those who hate peace. I am for peace; but when I speak, they are for war.
Pray for peace over those in your house, neighborhood, school, workplace, village, city and country. Preach peace, walk in and carry the Gospel of peace wherever you go.
