Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying. Romans 12:12 (NLT)
We know that trials or trouble do not come from God. They come from the devil, the fallen world’s system, fallen men, and even the fallen mindset we many at times yield to and act on.
But regardless of how or where trouble has come from, our heavenly Father God is always present to help us through and out of every trouble and at the end of it all we come out and stand out better than when we got into trouble.
Therefore we can remain calm and confident in and throughout all trials. This is what being patient in trials means. Patience isn’t just being able to wait. It’s having and acting with the right attitude while we wait. It’s carrying ourselves with a calm, collected and confident attitude while we wait. This attitude is born of the knowledge and assurance that no trial or trouble that comes our way is too much for us but that the present with and in and for us God always provides a way through and out of each and every trouble we face.
So let patience be developed in your life as you train yourself to stay calm, collected and confident not only in the face of but also in the midst of trials. You shall surely come out of it all the best that God ever desired you to be.
