We can glorify God with our mouth saying or singing “I glorify you Lord, you’re glorious, you’re worthy of glory. But the highest and surest way we glorify God is when we do what He has told us. Actually if we only glorify God with our mouth while our actions are contrary to His principles then we are being hypocritical and self-deceiving. God doesn’t accept praise from the mouth when the heart isn’t in it.Doing and finishing the work God has given us brings Him glory and honor more than anything else.The work God has given us is to believe (trust and rely) on Jesus Christ. John 6:28-29.Going about each day’s tasks trusting and depending on Christ is how we believe and thus fulfill our God given work.
