This is victory upfront. It’s fighting not for victory but from a position of victory. There’s nothing that could ever come against us that God hasn’t already foiled its ability to harm or hurt us. The reason why no weapon formed against us can prosper is because God himself is with us! Listen to this sure prophetic word – Call your councils of war, but they will be worthless. Develop your strategies, but they will not succeed. For God is with us!” Isaiah 8:10.
Immanuel or God with us tips the tables to our favor! God with us is a preemptive strike, meaning the caliber of strike designed or having the power to deter or prevent an anticipated situation or occurrence.
When we know and declare and walk in the consciousness and confidence of “God with us” then any attempt or strategy or plan or council or attack against us falls flat before it has started!
Another reason why nothing contrary to us can survive is because God is for us!
Here’s another more sure prophetic word – if or since God is for us who can be against us? Romans 8:31. God is for us, this we are concretely sure of because he did not even spare his Son but gave him up for us. Romans 8:32.
Because God is for us whatever comes against us comes against Him. Now nothing that comes against God can stand or prevail. Proverbs 21:30. This is because He frustrates the plans of the enemy and thwarts their schemes. Psalms 33:10. No problem, no danger, nothing harmful, hurtful or hateful can prevail against us.
