This is part of the faith filled conversation of Rahab the prostitute before the two Israelite spies that had entered Jericho where she lived – Joshua 2:9-13. This faith preserved Rahab and her family from the destruction of Jericho – Hebrews 11:31 She had heard what the Lord had done, she believed and was saved.No matter who you are (Rahab was a prostitute), no matter where you are (Rahab was in the enemy camp), no matter what you have done (Rahab lied to the king of Jericho that the two spies had left yet she had hid them) when you hear what God has done through Jesus Christ to save you and you believe, you’re saved, helped, and preserved.
