The first sentence of this Scripture is what Jesus quoted when He spoke His last words before dying on the Cross – Luke 23:46. It was His prayer to God the Father in the midst of suffering and pain, as well as in the face of death. Sure enough Father God did not let Him down, He did not abandon Him to the grave but raised Him up triumphant and glorious.The same God who didn’t let Jesus down won’t let you down. He won’t abandon you to disappointment, defeat, or destruction. Like Jesus only commit yourself and your case to God.
