Stand therefore… having put on the breastplate of righteousness Ephesians 6:14 (NKJV)
This piece of armor covers the chest area where vital organs among which is the heart are located.
It’s called the breastplate of Righteousness.
Our hearts should be established in righteousness in order for us to live a victorious life.
Isaiah 54:14 (NKJV) In righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; And from terror, for it shall not come near you.
We are established in righteousness when we know and are fully persuaded that God has made us righteous in Christ. This is what throws and keeps out guilt, condemnation, fear, the sense of unworthiness and makes us confident and bold.
