“When we were at Mount Sinai, the Lord our God said to us, ‘You have stayed at this mountain long enough. It is time to break camp and move on. Go to the hill country of the Amorites and to all the neighboring regions—the Jordan Valley, the hill country, the western foothills, the Negev, and the coastal plain. Go to the land of the Canaanites and to Lebanon, and all the way to the great Euphrates River. Look, I am giving all this land to you! Go in and occupy it, for it is the land the Lord swore to give to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and to all their descendants.'” Deuteronomy 1:6-8 (NLT)
We have been called to a life and walk with God. In Him we live and move and have our being. Now God lives and walks or moves according to His purposes. God desires us to always be in sync and in step with Him so we can fulfill His purposes he set out for us from the foundation of the world. Where you’re now in life whether relationally, financially, spiritually, socially, locationally might seem convenient or comfortable but if it’s not where you’re supposed to be according to what the Lord has purposed you will never find true contentment there. That’s the reason why it’s time to break camp and move on towards God’s perfect and best for you.
It’s time to break camp and move on from that place of discontentment in your relationship with God and people, in ministry, finances, work and many other areas of your life. Move on towards God’s best for you in all things.
