An example to others is what leadership is all about.
Godly leadership is not about position, title, power, status, possessions, or fame.
God’s kind of leader is one who sets an example to believers in word, conduct, love, spirit, faith, and in purity.
A true leader that others can learn from and follow is one who exercises himself in being and living; one with his word, unquestionable in his conduct, governed by Love, led by the spirit, walking by faith, and living in purity.
All this is possible as one is following and imitating Christ. A leader is an example to others to the extent Christ is example to him.
