It says God the Most High, the Almighty is here with us.Even in the world people shout or applaud to acknowledge and honor the presence of their king, ruler, or leader.A joyful shout to God is a bold declaration of who He is and what He has done.Always have a joyful shout to God with you all the time.It may not necessarily be a loud voice or noise but that bold acknowledgement declaring God is here with me, He is great and mighty, He has done and continues to do great and mighty things.
