Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness [And] rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19 (NKJV)
The Old Testament prophets saw it from afar and said that God will do a new thing.
What the Old Testament people saw as future, has already taken place for us the New Covenant saints. It’s already here present in and upon us today now.
The New thing the prophets spoke of is our reality right now. It is Christ in us and us in Him.
It is God abiding in us in His fullness and us abiding in Him fully.
The New thing that God has done is His Life, Light and love in us.
You and I are the new thing God has made, we are the New Covenant saints, we are the New Creation.
We shouldn’t be looking for what God will do in the future we should awake to and acknowledge, and walk and live in what He has already done.
