Lazy people don’t even cook the game they catch, but the diligent make use of everything they find. Proverbs 12:27 (NLT)
Stopping, even just almost close to the finish is the same as if you never started at all. Have you ever succeeded in opening a digital file that you downloaded or uploaded up to 50%, 80%, or even 99.9%? You get the responses that “file can’t be opened” “corrupted file”. Something very little is missing, but in digital language a little bit missing is the same as corrupted. The file has to be 100% in its original format. That’s the same thing that happens when we are slothful or lazy and don’t go all the way in realizing the goal of what’s set before us to accomplish. Whatever life task you’re downloading or uploading go all the way to 100 %. Don’t stop mid or close to the finish. Throw yourself wholly into your tasks with all zeal, heart, mind and strength. Make thorough use of every moment, opportunity, gift, talent, skill, and resource God has given you.
