This prophetic Psalm points forward to God’s end time plan of saving all the nations. Jesus is the Lamb of God, the sacrifice given to take away the sins of all people – John 1:29. God wants all people to be saved – 1 Timothy 2:3-4 Egypt, Babylon, and Philistia mentioned in this Psalm were wicked gentile idolatrous nations and enemies of Israel God’s covenant people. But God counts them among those who know Him and citizens of His Holy City Jerusalem. God loves all those who are still His enemies opposing Him.Let us see and treat all people as included in God’s plan of salvation.
