Have you ever felt like you bother and disturb God a lot by praying and asking Him many things many times – like the guy who said “Lord it’s me again”? Here is an encouraging word for you – God delights, enjoys, takes pleasure in your prayers. You see prayer is conversation with God and because He is your father and friend that gives Him the greatest delight. Prayer is fellowship with God, sharing with Him. God is love and He therefore enjoys giving and receiving. You call on Him and He answers. You talk to Him and He talks to you. Actually, He’s always the initiator – the first to talk to us because the inclination and desire to pray comes from God. What about the sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord? – Proverbs 15:8a (NKJV). The wicked are those who reject God, who reject a relationship with Him. But as a child of God who has believed on Jesus Christ, you’re not among the wicked. You’re the upright or righteous through faith in Jesus Christ and your prayer is a delight to God. Therefore, pray continually, at all times, every where, in all situations. Talk to God all the time about everything and hear Him talk to you.
