Just as God gave the sun to rule and serve earth by giving it light, heat and energy and also determining the seasons of life, Father God has given us His Son Jesus Christ, the Sun of Righteousness to rule in our lives and serve us by giving us the Light of Life, the heat or warmth of the Father’s Unfailing Love, the energy or power of the Holy Spirit and to lead and guide us in the seasons of life.
Jesus Christ is the Sun of Righteousness. He is God’s free gift of Righteousness freely given to all sinners. Just as God makes his natural physical sun to rise on the good and evil, Jesus the true Sun has come out from the Father to light every man, woman, boy and girl in the world.
He shines on us, in us, and through us to reveal God’s Righteousness.
He’s here in the world to reveal peace, goodwill and favor from God to man.
Do not hide, do not turn or run away from the sun of righteousness.
There’s healing in his wings or the rays or shafts of his ever shining light.
Embrace Him, bask and bathe in this Light of acceptance, inclusion and affirmation.
