Mark 1:40-42 (NKJV) Now a leper came to Him, imploring Him, kneeling down to Him and saying to Him, “If You are willing, You can make me clean.” Then Jesus, moved with compassion, stretched out [His] hand and touched him, and said to him, “I am willing; be cleansed.” As soon as He had spoken, immediately the leprosy left him, and he was cleansed.
This man knew and was convinced the Lord could heal but he wasn’t sure the Lord was willing to heal him. He knew God’s power but not His Compassion.
So Jesus in His Compassion said “I am willing…” What the Lord spoke and did for that man He’s saying to all of us especially those who are not sure the Lord is willing to help and do us good. The Lord is willing to save, heal, deliver, provide, guide and protect.
Trust in God’s compassion and willingness to help you out of any difficulty and on ahead in victory.
