However, I am telling you nothing but the truth when I say it is profitable (good, expedient, advantageous) for you that I go away. Because if I do not go away, the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you [into close fellowship with you]; but if I go away, I will send Him to you [to be in close fellowship with you]. Here we see the sevenfold ministry of the Holy Spirit to us: He is – Comforter, Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, and Standby. Just as Jesus came to serve and not be served the Holy Spirit has come to serve us in various ways so we may grow and be built up.Acknowledge the multifold ministry of the Holy Spirit as you yield to Him in studying about Him, prayer, and worship.
