In the world it’s every man for himself – survival for the fittest.
But in Christ we are all members of His Body.
In a body some parts are strong and others weak yet the strong take care of the weak.Even so in the Body of Christ there are those who are strong and those who are weak. There are those who are able to take care of themselves and those who are unable to.There are the lonely and unattended to. Among them widows, orphans, the sick, the physically disabled, and those in prison.
The Church shouldn’t ignore but rather we should consider and support those among us who are in need.Jesus said what we do to the least of His brethren (the disadvantaged among us) we do it to Him. Matthew 25:31-46.
