And she gave birth to her Son, her Firstborn; and she wrapped Him in swaddling clothes and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room or place for them in the inn. Luke 2:7 (AMPC)
For earthly royalty, dignitaries, or celebrities a room prepared for them means everything and everyone set and ready to serve them. But for the King of kings and Lord of lords it’s the opposite. Preparing a room for God Most High, The Almighty, is letting Him serve us.It’s humbling ourselves acknowledging that without Him we are and can do nothing. It’s accepting the Savior, Healer, Redeemer, Provider, Helper, Strengthener, Restorer into our life. In this season take inventory of your life, does Christ have room in your heart?
