The light and favor of God’s countenance mean His acceptance and approval.The blessings of God are on those whom He has accepted and approves of – Proverbs 10:6.God has accepted and approves of you not because of anything good you’ve done but because of Jesus and what He accomplished for you in His crucifixion, death, and resurrection.God accepts and approves of you as His beloved child, as His redeemed and righteous one in Christ. God is well pleased with you because of who you’re in Christ. Knowing this and conducting yourself according to this knowledge is what it means to live approved of God.
