Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 (NIV)
Anxiety may come to us but it doesn’t hold onto us, we are the ones who hold onto it. We are the ones who give anxiety a place to lodge in our minds by dwelling on negative thoughts.
The thought of “what are you going to do” will always come in any given situation but you can choose to speak back to it what the Word of God says. This is how we let go of anxiety.
When we get overly concerned in our minds with questionings of “how, where, what, who, why, when” we allow anxiety to run our lives.
The Word of God is the answer to all the questionings of how, where, who, when, why. For the Word always shows us Jesus the One, the who, the why, the where in every condition, circumstance, challenge and crisis.
