The Jews brought Jesus to Pilate the Roman governor who cross examined Him. John 18:28-37.Pilate found Jesus not guilty of any crime. There was no wrong or cause for accusation in Jesus. John 19:4,6 (AMPC).The wicked, ungodly gentiles (represented by Pilate) could not accuse Jesus of any sin.Likewise the Jews who claimed to keep the law and obey the One true God could not provide credible evidence supporting their accusations against Jesus. Mark 14:55-59.Jesus knew no sin (2 Corinthians 5:21), and committed no sin (1Peter 2:22).He is the blameless, blemishless perfect Lamb of God that took away all our sins.In Jesus Christ we have a perfect forgiveness, cleansing, and Salvation.
