The line ‘He’s got the whole world in His hands’ is a faithful saying. God’s actually got us in His Hand.
It’s not only just the world in general that He’s got in His Hands but God has got you individually in His Gracious grip. You’re clasped caringly by God.
You don’t need to see it or feel it, God’s got you tightly held in His everlasting hands.
This implies He’s leading you personally and closely just as a parent takes his child by the hand and leads him.
God’s not going to fail you. Even when everyone else gives up on you, even when you yourself give up on yourself, God’s not going to give you up nor give up on you. He’s not going to leave you without support.
He stresses it emphatically that “[I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down.
This is our God, sticking with us through thick and thin. Glory to His Name.
Keep and stay with this truth in your mind, mouth, and heart most especially in the midst of feeling and seeming forsaken, alone, and helpless because this is the assurance that overcomes.
