giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Ephesians 5:20 (NKJV)
The only way we can easily effortlessly give thanks always is when we always think about and realize what God has already done for us and given us.
Psalms 103:2 tells us to bless or give thanks to the Lord and not forget all His benefits.
As long as the Lord’s benefits or the good things he has done and given us are continually in our heart and mind the response will always be giving Him thanks.
We can always give thanks to God in all things and for all things because of the Salvation, deliverance, help, wisdom, and power that He has already provided in the Redemption that’s in Christ.
