Don’t sin by letting anger control you. Think about it overnight and remain silent. Psalms 4:4 (NLT)
Emotions are part of our soul, the personality and expressive part of us. Through our emotions we show what we think and how we feel about anything.Anger is how we strongly show our disapproval of what’s wrong and unacceptable. It’s alright to get angry as well as express it. But being driven by, acting in, or being controlled by anger can be disastrous. You can cause irreparable damage when anger overtakes you. You can say, or make a decision under anger that you could regret later, even for the rest of your life. Therefore when angry slow down, shut your mouth, think through, give yourself space and time away from those who have angered you. Focus on the Lord who isn’t angry at you.
