As a gift, children are freely given to us from the Lord. The life they have is a free gift God freely gives us all. Children come with inherent gifts, talents, strengths, and abilities freely given by the Lord.When the parents or guardians do the right work of bringing up the children, instructing, training them up, and guiding them according to the ways of the Lord and of life, the children turn out to be a blessing, profitable, resourceful, beneficial to their parents, family, and society. This is the reward.When a gift from the Lord is exercised, turned into, and used as something beneficial and profitable to others bringing joy and fulfillment that’s the reward of the Lord.
