Nevertheless even among the rulers many believed in Him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess [Him,] lest they should be put out of the synagogue; for they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God. John 12:42-43 (NKJV)
What God approves of which is what He accepts, affirms and praises is based on what’s true, of everlasting value and unending satisfaction.
Human approval which is what other people accept and praise is based on what’s momentary, outwardly appealing, and exciting. It’s disappointing and unfulfilling.
In order to live a true and honest life, choose God’s approval because his intentions are righteousness and integrity leading to wholeness and unending fulfillment.
When you go by the approval of men you will live a double minded and hypocritical life because deep down in your heart you know what’s of God and right but then you want to please men. Do not violate the convictions of your heart, choose to please and honor God, choose His praise, and choose true lasting satisfaction.
