Proverbs 3:5-6 (AMPC) Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.
We lean completely on God from within our hearts and in our minds. We recognize and acknowledge the Lord from within our hearts and in our minds.
It’s only the Word of God and the Holy Spirit of God that can touch, change, and enable our hearts and minds to turn towards God. It’s the Word and the Holy Spirit who can renew and empower our hearts and minds to lean completely on the Lord.
Therefore give yourself to the Word of God and yield to the Holy Spirit who dwells in you.
We lean completely on the Lord when His Word is the final say in all the dealings of our life. We lean completely on the Lord when the Holy Spirit in us is the ultimate leading in all our decisions.
