Proverbs 3:1-2 (AMPC) My son, forget not my law or teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments; For length of days and years of a life [worth living] and tranquility [inward and outward and continuing through old age till death], these shall they add to you.
The teaching of the Lord, or His commandments refers to the Word.
All of God is in His Word. God’s s Life, Wisdom, Power, and Wealth is all laid up in His Word. Getting acquainted with God’s Word is how we embrace His kind of Life which alone is worth living.
Dig into and stand on the Scriptures, they are the script of the supernatural life – the righteous, holy, restful and glorious life.
