So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?” Hebrews 13:6 (NLT)
Life shouldn’t be hard, complicated and unbearable. This is because we have a Helper always willing and right on hand to rush to our aid and support in any situation.
The Lord is not our tormenter but our Helper. He doesn’t make things harder but rather easier for us.
Many see and relate with the Lord as a taskmaster always putting on them unbearable burdens but it is the Lord Jesus Himself who rebuked the religious leaders of His day for being burden loaders over those they led. It is true the Lord is our Master; but one who watches over and leads us for our own wellbeing.
Even the commands and instructions of the Lord are to help us.
Whatever the Lord tells us to do is to help ease life not harden or complicate it.
In helping us the Lord doesn’t just send help as He remains far removed from us but He is personally present in our lives as a close involved Helper.
As our Helper the Lord wants us to always look to and rely on Him in all the affairs of our life. He’s willing and ready to help you with your health, family relationships, work and anything and everything where you need help and support.
He delights in helping you succeed and be fulfilled in life.
Don’t think or act helpless. You have a Divine Helper. Take advantage of this ever present unlimited help.
