The young lions lack food and suffer hunger, but they who seek (inquire of and require) the Lord [by right of their need and on the authority of His Word], none of them shall lack any beneficial thing. Psalms 34:10 (AMPC)
Because all things come from God, all things were made by Him, all things exist and are sustained by Him, there’s nothing missing or lacking in Him.
There’s no lack where the Lord is.
There’s no lack in the life of a person whose heart and mind is set on the Lord.
In our Scripture above the young lions represent natural strength. Even the strongest, even the wisest, even the richest by this world’s standards can fail to have their needs and wants met. But those who seek (inquire of and require) the Lord [by right of their need and on the authority of His Word], none of them shall lack any beneficial thing.
We shouldn’t seek things in order to find satisfaction. We should set our minds and hearts on the Lord or owner of all things.
Instead of seeking life we should seek or set our minds and hearts on God who is life and who gives life
