By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted, But it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked. Proverbs 11:11(NKJV)
We are blessed to be a blessing to others – Genesis 12:2. Wherever we have been placed we don’t just live or work there. We are in that place and position not just to be blessed but to be a blessing there. You’re in that place so the presence, power and purposes of God be manifest there. Therefore, bless the place where you stay or work. Pray for the peace and prosperity of your home, workplace, town, or country – Jeremiah 29:7. Don’t focus on or complain about what’s wrong and not working there. Declare the rule of the kingdom of God there. That’s how we impact and change places for the better. Don’t be negative about where you live or work. Our head Scripture has said that by the mouth of the wicked a city is overthrown. Negativity destroys. But by the blessing of the upright a city is exalted.
