Language is communication and is empowerment.God came down and confused the language of the people who wanted to build a tower to heaven because He knew that they having one language were able to do anything – Genesis 11:1-9 Israel lived for centuries in Egypt hearing a strange language of “you’re slaves” and so they took on that identity of bondage and oppression. But Israel means prince of God. They had to not only come out of a place and situation but also a strange language.
